On May 17th we celebrate "Galician Literature Day". In this year 2011 it is dedicated to the Montfortian poet Lois Pereiro.
He wrote a lot of poems and recently a selection of them were translated into English by Jonathan Dunne and published by Small Station Editions.
I know you were talking about him at school these days. Here you are some photos of this galician writer and some poems read by students of IES. Monte Carrasco.
