Annual Harbin Ice Festival

Frozen palaces, ice slides and snow cherubs are just some of the attractions at this year's International Snow and Ice Festival in northeast China. The city is transforming itself into a winter wonderland. Sculptors and carvers are working to transform giant blocks of snow into something very loveable.
